ROOMBOX SRL manages vacant properties of various sizes and sets them up to make them suitable to satisfy the increasing demand for temporary rent of workers, such as doctors, lawyers, teachers, and university students looking for a housing solution, completely managed and regulated within legal and fiscal terms, for short/medium periods.

The only task of the Owner who gives ROOMBOX SRL the rent of its property is to define the relationship with the Company itself, which is responsible for the regularity of payments.

You will find, for example, lovely fully furnished rooms, in residential areas selected for the presence of services and also conveniently connected by public transport.

All independent apartments are fully furnished, from the kitchen, the bathroom, and the sleeping area.

The monthly fee requested is ALL INCLUSIVE, therefore condominium fees and utilities (electricity, water, waste, wifi, heating) are included. You will NOT have to register the utilities. There are NO agency fees.
